Nthabiseng Nti Ramaboa

Nthabiseng Nti Ramaboa is affectionately known as ‘Chef Nti’ and her talent for creating delicious dishes and all-things-delectable has rapidly made her a household name. Chef Nti is an exceptional businesswoman with a challenging schedule.  Busy, career-driven men and women who desire their meals to be both palette-pleasing and nutritious have quickly come to look to Chef Nti for food guru guidance.

In 2014 a friend of hers encouraged her to begin a food blog. ‘P.S I Cooked This’ () is inspired by a real, genuine love and passion for both home cooked meals and fine dining experiences. Over and above her carefully crafted abundance of dishes Chef Nti is a fashion designer, blogger, producer and personable master of ceremonies.

After a career in the fashion world Nti was more than qualified to design her own range of cooking aprons which have been fundamentally popular for both men and women. In 2015 Nti was chosen to solely design a menu for Flying Fish Beer at the Durban July, which went down a treat. In the same year, she was hired by Danone to develop a unique drinking yoghurt. The excitement from 2015 has continued long into 2016 as Nti has catered for numerous brands such as Flying Fish, Fatti’s & Moni’s and Albany.  She currently hosts eTV’s ‘The Perfect Ace’, is a regular live, guest chef on eTV’s morning show ‘Sunrise’ and is regularly sought out by local and international celebrities to cater at star-studded events.
