MasterChef Australia Judge, Chef, Author and Restaurant Critic – MATT PRESTON

Matt Preston is an award-winning food journalist, restaurant critic and television personality. He writes a national column for the Taste Section for all News Ltd’s metro papers. Best known as a judge and co-host on MasterChef Australia, Preston is also a senior editor for delicious and taste magazine.

The Cake Boss! Everyone’s Buddy – BUDDY VALASTRO

Buddy Valastro, 36, is a fourth generation master baker and major television personality. His talent and passion for the family business, Carlo’s Bakery, has earned the straight-talking cake expert the moniker, and TLC TV show, Cake Boss! He is also a prolific author, having written a number of ‘How to…’ books.

Leandri & Seline van de Wat

Seline and Leandri van der Wat became known to South Africans as the two lovable sisters on Season 2 of MasterChef SA, finishing third and second respectively. Since the show the sisters launched themselves into the food industry becoming food writers, TV presenters, brand ambassadors and soon-to-be cookbook authors. Extensively covered by the media, these two are taking the country by storm.

Siba is a dynamic food enthusiast who brings style and charisma to her food programmes. She is the host of ‘Siba’s Table’ on DStv’s Food Network channel, which debuted in September 2013 and was an instant hit. It is now broadcast in over 90 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. Siba’s previous award-winning cooking show, ‘Cooking with Siba’ aired on MNET’s Mzansi Magic while she was food editor of Drum magazine.
