WHAT OUR EXHIBITORS SAY ABOUT US:

“We chose Good Food and Wine Show strategically as a platform to launch a new brand of bake ware into the market, and the results were spectacular! 50,000 of the right customers, in one venue for 4 days gave us invaluable read into the market, gave us the opportunity to speak to our customers in a 1-on-1 , relaxed environment, whilst they were doing the things they love. Unbeatable.”-Boardmans

“We launched two new premium cookware brands at the JHB Show with fantastic results. We experienced an excellent calibre of visitor to our stand and our sales turnover was much higher than any other exhibition we have participated in.”-Berzack Brothers

“We found the Good Food & Wine Gauteng exceeded our expectations and we were able to reach far more customers than we had anticipated. The Show ran smoothly and professionally and we look forward to exhibiting again next year.”-Marcel’s Gourmet Frozen Yoghurt

Chef’s Recipe

Jenny-Morris---BeefSalad_18-media_02

Warm beef and mushroom salad

Prepare the beef first. Oil the beef and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Heat a non-stick frying pan and sear the beef on all sides, continue cooking to your desired doneness (although I am going to recommend you cook it medium-rare). Let the beef cool and rest for an hour before you need it.
